Weekly Practice Schedules:
These are our regular practice schedules. We stick to this schedule every week, unless there is an event or meet.
All changes to our normal schedule will be communicated via Sports You. 
Please join the Sports You page which includes notes of practice change and other team communication.
Practice for club levels begins with the start of the school year.
